Policy Frameworks for the Mobile Net

Last week I spoke on a panel at the State of the Mobile Net conference put on by the Congressional Internet Caucus. Along with Blair Levin (Stifel Nicolaus), Ben Scott (Free Press), Larry Irving (Internet Innovation Alliance), and Richard Bennett (independent technologist), I discussed the policy framework for promoting mobile technologies.
