Another long, unexplained pause in my blogging. Again, I have no good excuse other than terminal busy-ness, due in large part to my Wharton teaching obligations this year. (OK, and I’ve also been playing a fair bit of World of Warcraft — more on that soon.)
The good news is that the clouds finally seem to have parted. I’m going to start blogging again, although I can’t promise super-frequent updates.
The other good news is that Supernova 2006 is coming along nicely. As I put together the event, I’m seeing first-hand the return of enthusiasm and creativity in the tech world. I’m excited about bringing together some amazing people, companies, and ideas for this year’s conference. Check out the Website for full details.
Today, we announced a partnership with TechCrunch.com, which in just a few months has become the place insiders go for the skinny on hot new Web-based startups. We’ll be selecting 10 top emerging companies to present at a special Supernova 2006 showcase, and also receive coverage on TechCrunch site. Details here if you’re interested.
Supernova 2006 will return to the Palace Hotel and Wharton West in San Francisco, on June 21-23. I hope to see you there… and I hope to carve out more time for blogging between now and then.
