Always Onto Something?

Fortune’s David Kirkpatrick gives a favorable review of Tony Perkins’ new Always On Network. The most interesting piece, and one I haven’t heard before, is the business model. All members who sign up go into a database, and sponors get access to that data. An intriguing demonstration of the flexibilty of Web-based applications. Spam and privacy issues loom large, of course, and from David’s summary it’s not clear how thoroughly Perkins has thought them through.
