AT&T broadband thinks people with WiFi access points in their homes and don’t turn on encryption are liable for criminal activity by strangers who tap into the connections?!? The crime involved was downloading a movie. Maybe this is just another example of the Constitutional exemption for Hollywood. You know, the one that says the interests of the entertainment industry trump all of our society’s other values?
